QIPANG PN1600-3150mm Bobbin Take-up Machine PE Pipe Extruder Gantry Type Pay off Winding Machine
The gantry is a ground rail walking type with an upper casing structure, and the gantry is made of bending and welding; the two tops of the wire reel are raised and lowered by two motors through a cycloidal reducer to drive the screw nut. Each top seat can be raised and lowered individually or simultaneously, and is equipped with mechanical and electrical dual protection devices. When necessary, different specifications of top sleeves can be equipped to meet the installation of wire reels of different specifications; the clamping of the wire reel is achieved by motor-reduction, and is equipped with clamping overload protection.
