Characteristics of the equipment
A.The straightening device and feed line cutting device are independently driven by their own motor. The feeding mechanisms in the front and back can ensure smooth feeding of lines and balance of the machine.
B.The cast iron, alloy or plastic straightening block is available to galvanized wire, powder pumping line, water pumping line and stainless steel wire, to ensure no scars on the surface.
C.The cutting length can be arbitrarily adjusted with small error, to match the high hardness upper and lower cutters and then ensure smooth cutters.
D. The case is made of superior high-strength steel plates with the original design in Japan.
E.  The microcomputer control system can be used since it has normal working indicator, machine fault stop alarm, manual/automatic operation function, automatic stop for extra output, preset output display function, digital counting and various specification memory function.
F.The straightening shaft is integrally formed with 45# steel, and is beautiful and durable without deformation and fracture. After high-precision turning, milling and other machining processes, the straightening shaft has balance and concentricity.
G.The line pressing roller is made of high quality die steel and is provided with high-precision turning, milling, grinding and line cutting, as well as high-temperature vacuum heat treatment, to ensure the balance and concentricity of the product, straighten the abrasion resistance and strength of the line pressing roller, and thus prolong the life of the line pressing roller.
H.With the power assisting device to feed oil by hand, the oil can be conveniently provided for all the parts of the machine.
