Our Belt Type High Precision Meter Counter is an innovative piece of specialized equipment designed to accurately measure the length of cables and various other media. The unique tracked meter counter functions by moving in tandem after the measuring medium is securely clamped between the upper and lower tracks. The length of this crawler is meticulously equivalent to the exact length of the measured medium. Furthermore, the crawler track's length reflects the pitch line traversed by the crawler wheel, determined by multiplying the pitch of the crawler wheel by its number of teeth.
The sophisticated encoder, mounted on the active crawler shaft, precisely records the number of rotations completed by the crawler, ensuring exceptional accuracy.
Upon conversion, this system ingeniously calculates and logs the medium's length. The upper crawler has a pneumatic lift, adjusted effortlessly by an air cylinder, with the lifting range customizable to match the outer diameter of the medium being measured.
