Infinite speed regulation
The take-up shaft transmits a certain speed to the light rod. Without changing the speed of the light rod, simply move the indicator tip on the dial to adjust the speed of the wire arranger's reciprocating movement in the direction of the light rod axis, and the maximum pitch value can be set from 0.
Instantaneous turning
It is not necessary to change the direction of rotation of the light rod. When the movable arm collides with the wheel and collides with the reversing block, the walking direction of the cable arranger can be changed instantly, and the reversing time is not more than 1 second.
High speed operation
the linear movement speed of the cable arranger on the polished rod can reach 0.4 metre per second, thus meeting the requirements of high cable arranger speed and extremely frequent commutation.
Release device
The cable arranger is equipped with a release device, which can release the cable arranger ring and the light rod without stopping the machine. The handheld cable arranger can be placed at any position on the light rod, and the cable can start working from the end.
