5. Core Structure and Working Principle:Mechanical Composition: The system is ingeniously designed with a flat rack, straightening assembly, feeder section, cutting head, and feed frame, all harmoniously working together.
Gas Path Control: This includes cylinder clamping, servo-driven synchronous belt feeding, cutting, and pulling-all seamlessly connected by cylinders.
Circuit Control System: Utilizing sophisticated PLC controls, the servo motor forwards the tube as per the encoding length. Upon reaching the preset length, the PLC directs the solenoid valve to trigger the cylinder, executing a precise cut on the pipe.
