1. The entire frame is crafted from premium steel plates, meticulously bent and assembled for a novel appearance.
2. The system incorporates a motor-transmission gearbox, reduction gearbox, and an upper and lower helical gear hard drive structure, along with a crawler wheel for steady transmission, high load capability, and easy maintenance.
3. This comprehensive series includes over ten specifications ranging from 200kg to 15000kg. It offers two speed regulation options: the Z4 DC motor and variable-frequency motor, allowing users to choose based on their needs.
4. Equipped with an electronic meter, it provides real-time display of line speed and meter length, enhancing precision.
5. Features a ground shaft transmission structure for versatile use in cable, armor, copper tape shielding, and winding production lines.
6. The tension tractor employs magnetic powder tension control, optimal for insulation and sheath extrusion production lines. It allows for rapid tension adjustment, reducing cable abrasion post-extrusion, and effectively addressing synchronization and tension variability issues.
7. The smaller tractor features a fully mobile or upper frame movable design, facilitating special process applications and significantly extending the track's service life.
