The active pay-off machine is a swing arm type pay-off structure, and the tension control is a gravity tension control mechanism. The tension of the entire system can be realized by adjusting the counterweight on the swing arm. The speed of the pay-off machine and the speed of the take-up machine are driven by the position of the swing arm to achieve linear adjustment to match the speed of the pay-off and take-up.
