The basic principle of straightening steel wire:
The straightening method is used to eliminate the residual stress of steel wire. The straightening can be divided into two types: rotary straightening and roller straightening. In practical application, according to the different requirements of the products, different straightening methods are adopted, such as straightening and tempering of prestressed steel wire by rotary straightening.
