This advanced tracked meter counter operates seamlessly by ensuring the measuring medium is securely held between upper and lower tracks, following which the medium's length corresponds to the rotation of the crawler track. The crawler track's length signifies the pitch length of the crawler wheel, calculated as the product of the wheel pitch and tooth count.
A sophisticated encoder, meticulously installed on the active crawler shaft, ensures precise measurement of the crawler's rotations.
By converting these rotations into measurable data, the length of the medium is meticulously recorded. The ingenious design allows for the upper crawler to adjust vertically via an air cylinder, with the adjustment degree dictated by the outer diameter of the medium being measured.
