Our Belt Type High Precision Meter Counter is a specialized piece of equipment designed to deliver unparalleled accuracy in measuring the length of cables and various other media. Featuring a tracked meter mechanism, the machine seamlessly measures by clamping the medium between upper and lower tracks, ensuring precision. The crawler's length correlates directly with the measured medium's length. By multiplying the crawler wheel pitch by the number of teeth, this advanced mechanism ensures an exact measurement.
An encoder positioned on the active crawler shaft meticulously captures the number of turns made by the crawler, enhancing measurement precision.
Once the data is processed, the medium's length is instantly calculated and documented. With an air cylinder-lifted upper crawler, the lifting distance is expertly calibrated to match the outer diameter of the medium being assessed.
