4. Specifically engineered for copper tubes, this machine streamlines the process by straightening the tube through the main engine's mechanism, driven by a servo motor and a synchronous belt. The cutting process is seamless and free of debris, culminating in pneumatic aggregation for automated, reliable performance. The ease of mold change enhances simplicity and elevates production efficiency.
5. Main Structure and Operating Principle:Our robust mechanical structure comprises a flat rack, straightening group, feeding tube section, cutting head section, and feeding frame, ensuring durability and precision.
Gas Path Control: Incorporates a cylinder clamp, servo-driven synchronous belt feeding tube, pull mechanism, and precise cylinder connection for superior control.
Circuit Control System: The system is governed by a PLC, which controls the servo motor to advance the tube. Upon reaching the desired length, as measured by the encoder, the PLC activates the solenoid valve, which in turn drives the cylinder to execute a precise cut.
Pipe Processing: This machinery is designed to handle single-pipe processing, with adaptability to various sizes within the mechanical limit range. Adjustments for different materials are made by replacing the straightening wheel.
