As the crawler moves, the length of the medium is determined by the crawler's rotation, calculated as the product of the crawler wheel pitch and its number of teeth.
An advanced encoder is strategically installed on the active crawler shaft, ensuring precise measurement of the crawler's rotations.
Through sophisticated conversion processes, the accurate length of the medium is effortlessly obtained and meticulously recorded. With the upper crawler powered by an air cylinder, it can be effortlessly lifted up or down to accommodate the medium's outer diameter.
