2.Textile hard Winder machine has advanced functions such as electronic length counting, yarn breaking and self-stopping, and winding full and self-stopping. Widely used in cotton, chemical fiber, blended, wool, hemp and other yarns winding needs.

3.textile hard Winder machine can be equipped with 0°-147, 0°-154, 0°-150 (diameter 95 two rings of large cylinder) chromium-plated zinc alloy groove cylinder or high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and high binding force Nickel-phosphorus alloy groove cylinder.

4. The tank cylinder is coaxial driven by brushless DC motor, which is more than 25% energy saving than the conventional motor. The temperature rise is kept below 60ºC.

5. The air pressure bobbin weight balancing device is adopted, the back pressure is adjustable, so that the yarn can be tight inside and loose outside.
