The Belt Type High Precision Meter Counter is an advanced apparatus specifically designed for the accurate measurement of cable lengths and other similar media. This remarkable tracked meter counter securely clamps the measuring medium between its upper and lower tracks, ensuring an impeccable measurement. As the crawler moves, the length traversed precisely corresponds to the length of the measured medium. The length is determined by the pitch line of the crawler wheel turns, meticulously calculated through the product of the crawler wheel pitch and the number of teeth.
With a precision encoder mounted on the active crawler shaft, every turn is measured with unmatched accuracy.
The sophisticated conversion process allows the exact length of the medium to be obtained and systematically recorded. The upper crawler's elevation is masterfully controlled by an air cylinder, adjusting with precision according to the outer diameter of the medium being measured.
