3. Cutting length: Regarding cutting length precision, our machines achieve 0.2MM accuracy, thanks to servo motor control and PLC program precision. Lengths can be set on the touch screen in MM, ranging from 2 to 99999MM.
4. To minimize surface scratches, specify if high precision is required, or if minor scratches are acceptable.
5. Speed requirements: Depending on wire diameter, speed varies. The max speed is 30-120 meters/min. Traceless guide wheel machines peak at 60 meters/min, while flying shear and chasing machines reach 120 meters/min.
