1. Purpose:

2. Mechanical principle:
1. The hand-cranked electric counting winding machine is driven by the driving gear of the crank handle to drive the
main shaft, and the counter is counted by the driving gear without head gear transmission. The speed ratio of the main
shaft and the counter shaft is 10:1. When the main shaft rotates 1, the counter shaft is 1/ 10 revolutions, that is, the
number of letters in the counter is 1 revolution.
2. This machine can be used for both hand crank and electric. When the handle is removed, the maximum speed of the
main shaft of the winding machine is 2000 rpm.
3. Add a small amount of oil to the main oil hole normally.
