 QP1000-2000 Wire Pay off / Take up Machine End Shaft Type Winding Frame

Introduction

The QP1000-2000 End Shaft Type Winding Frame is a heavy-duty wire take-up machine designed to securely spool cables and wires within the diameter range of Φ1000-Φ2000mm. It is constructed with a robust JLJ160-80-6 torque motor that delivers a maximum take-up speed of 60m/min and a lifting power of 1.5Kw AC motor + cycloid reducer. It also has a pair of 1.1kw /960rpm AC motor clamping motors and a 0.75kw/1500 rpm AC motor cable motor with cycloid reducers to ensure operational stability. This machine is highly versatile and can accommodate cables with diameters of Φ3-Φ80mm while supporting a load of up to 8T.

Equipment structure
1.The machine frame adopts high quality rectangular steel tube and steel plate bending welded together. Beam with two large beams connected by structure, perfect appearacne, good rigidity, high strength.
2. Adopt the way of walking beam, the whole cable tray for wiring, implementation of pay-off and take-up.
3. The equipment adopts AC variable frequency motor speed cable, high precision, uniform wiring.
4. PLC programmable controller can be integrated with all kinds of host.
5. Take-up main motor
