QipangPortal Take-up Machine  The gantry is a ground rail walking type with an upper casing structure, and the gantry is made of bending and welding; the two tops of the wire reel are raised and lowered by two motors through a cycloidal reducer to drive the screw nut. Each top seat can be raised and lowered individually or simultaneously, and is equipped with mechanical and electrical dual protection devices. When necessary, different specifications of top sleeves can be equipped to meet the installation of wire reels of different specifications; the clamping of the wire reel is achieved by motor-reduction, and is equipped with clamping overload protection. 

Qipang Portal Take-up Machine  A Portable Cantilever Type Take up and Traverse Machine is a type of wire and cable production equipment that is used for winding or rewinding wires and cables onto spools or coils. The machine has a cantilever structure, which means that the spool is mounted on one end and the other end is suspended, allowing the machine to be moved around easily.

A. Take-up part: The number of take-up rounds is lined with the traverse pitch.After stopping take-up, it can automatically self-lock, in case that the bobbin turns at certain angle because of inertia making the cable drag on the ground and causing unnecessary problem.
B. Traverse part: It can automatically track take-up speed and center the traverse to achieve high speed and low speed take-up and traverse. The traverse pitch is set according to cable diameter.
C. Lifting part: Right and left center can be lifted at the same time or separately. The lifting has limit protection.
D. Clamping part: Adjustable beam has clamping and loosening function. The clamping part can self-lock when the rack is lifted to operating position.
