5. Main Structure and Operational Principle:Our robust mechanical structure includes a flat rack, straightening group, feeding tube section, cutting head section, and a feeding frame, all designed for seamless operation.
Gas Path Control: Features cylinder clamp technology, servo-driven synchronous belt feeding, cylinder clamp for cutting, and cylinder linkage for seamless operation.
Circuit Control System: Utilizing PLC controls, the system drives the servo motor to advance the tube. The encoder measures length precisely, and once the set length is achieved, the PLC-controlled solenoid valve activates the cylinder for precise pipe cutting.
Pipe Processing: This equipment is engineered for single pipe processing and accommodates materials within the mechanical limit range. For different materials, straightening wheels must be replaced.
