Our Belt Type High-Precision Meter Counter is a cutting-edge solution designed to measure cable lengths and various media with unparalleled accuracy. This sophisticated device utilizes a tracked meter counter that seamlessly follows the measuring medium as it is securely held by upper and lower tracks. The crawler's length directly corresponds to the measured medium length, influenced by the pitch line length caused by the crawler wheel's rotation, which is calculated by the crawler wheel pitch and tooth count.
An advanced encoder, meticulously installed on the active crawler shaft, precisely measures the crawler's revolutions.
Through a meticulous conversion process, the exact length of the medium is determined and documented. The upper crawler's vertical movement is regulated by an air cylinder, with the lifting distance tailored to the medium's external diameter being measured.
