5. Main Structure and Principle: Innovative Structural Design and Functionality:The mechanical structure comprises a flat rack, straightening group, feeding tube section, cutting head section, and feeding frame, all meticulously designed for optimal performance.
Gas Path Control System: Incorporates cylinder clamp, servo-driven synchronous belt for tube feeding, cylinder clamp, tube cutting, pulling, and cylinder connection for seamless operation.
Circuit Control System: Featuring PLC-controlled servo motor operation, the system advances the tube based on encoder-generated length data. Once the predetermined length is reached, the PLC activates the solenoid valve, driving the cylinder to execute the pipe cut-off.
Processing Capabilities: Designed for single-pipe processing, this equipment accommodates varied material sizes within its mechanical limits. Adjustment of straightening wheels is required for different materials.
