Our Belt Type High Precision Meter Counter is a state-of-the-art device crafted for accurately measuring cable lengths and various other media. Once the measuring medium is securely clamped between the top and bottom tracks, the sophisticated tracked meter counter impeccably determines the length. The crawler's length corresponds to the measured medium's length. Essentially, the crawler track's length equates to the pitch line length turned by the crawler wheel, calculated by the wheel's pitch multiplied by its teeth count.
The encoder, expertly installed on the active crawler shaft, meticulously tracks and records the precise number of turns completed by the crawler.
Through this advanced conversion process, the medium's length is accurately captured and documented. The upper crawler, seamlessly adjustable via the air cylinder, adapts its lifting height based on the outer diameter of the medium being assessed.
