It features a remarkable tracked meter counter that operates seamlessly by clamping the measuring medium between the upper and lower tracks. The length of the crawler equates to the precise length of the measured medium, calculated as the product of the crawler wheel pitch and the number of teeth.
The precision encoder installed on the active crawler shaft meticulously records the number of turns the crawler completes, ensuring unmatched accuracy.
Upon conversion, it delivers a precise measurement of the medium's length, which is then accurately recorded. The intuitive design allows the upper crawler to be effortlessly lifted by an air cylinder, with the lifting distance tailored to the outer diameter of the medium being measured.
