Gas Path Control: The system features a synchronized sequence of cylinder clamps, servo-driven synchronous belt tube feeding, cylinder clamps, tube cutting, and pulling operations, culminating in precise cylinder connections.
Circuit Control System: A seamless circuit control system driven by PLC ensures the forward motion of the servo motor. After the encoder measures the tube length and reaches the set threshold, the PLC activates the solenoid valve to precisely actuate the cylinder, executing the pipe cut with utmost precision.
Pipe Processing: This equipment is tailored for single-pipe applications within predefined mechanical limits. For different materials, a simple replacement of the straightening wheel ensures adaptability and precision.
