This sophisticated tracked meter counter operates by securely clamping the measuring medium between its upper and lower tracks, facilitating the synchronized movement of the counter. The superior design ensures that the length of the crawler accurately reflects the length of the medium being measured. Through the rotation of the crawler wheel, defined by its pitch and tooth count, precise pitch line length measurements are achieved.
Our system comes equipped with an encoder strategically placed on the active crawler shaft, which meticulously tracks the revolutions of the crawler.
By translating these revolutions into measurable data, the exact length of the medium is accurately calculated and documented. The air cylinder effortlessly adjusts the vertical position of the upper crawler, with the adjustment magnitude dictated by the medium's external diameter.
